SVE videos are intended to be simple yet effective. They quickly deliver a message to your customers while looking clean and professional. We have identified common types of videos that are constantly used by businesses on social media, and we’ve streamlined the process of making these videos.

No! When you sign up, we will ask you to send us any logos, videos, photos, fonts, brand colors, etc. that your brand uses. We will also have a chat with you to learn how your brand talks about itself. You can send us other materials at any time, such as new graphics, videos your team has taken, photos, etc.

SVE does not include filming, on-screen talent, voice overs, or the creation of animation. We offer these services at additional cost, and anything we create for you can be used for SVE or other marketing efforts.

You will receive a batch of videos each month from your account manager. When you sign up, your account manager will set up delivery times with you to fit your schedule. Your deliveries should be consistent month-to-month, but we aren’t responsible for any delays caused by issues with an internet service provider, email domain, or other technical issues.

SVE videos are delivered in formats that are intended for use with most social media platforms. This includes Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram. They can be used on your website or other social media platforms, but we can’t guarantee results from using the videos outside of their intended platforms. SVE videos are not optimized for TikTok.

We offer reasonable revisions for videos made for SVE. Reasonable revisions include fixing mistakes made on our end, such as correcting a spelling mistake, rewording text to match your brand language, updating graphics if dates/information has changed since the video was first created, or correcting audio or visual glitches.

By purchasing SVE, you are committing to a period of service. If you wish to cancel your subscription before the end of that period, we will deliver any videos we’ve already created but haven’t yet delivered—we will stop producing additional videos beyond these. By choosing to cancel, you forfeit the remainder of your payment.

We try to make our approach to SVE consistent for every customer, but social media platforms change constantly. We may need to make changes to SVE over time to ensure our customer’s content is consistent and relevant. This may result in increased prices or changes in service. You’ll be notified of these changes if they occur.
